On August 11th, 2018, Gzhel State University took an active part in the celebration dedicated to the Day of Novokharitonovskoye Rural Settlement, which is traditionally held annually on the square in the village of Elektroizolyator. In 2018, GSU presented at this event an exhibition of works of artistic ceramics, where diploma and term papers of university and college students were exhibited: “Birds” (chamotte) decorative composition by Svetlana Sukhova; Daniyar Babashov’s drinking set “Traditional” (majolica); decorative vases by Alina Kharitonova “Rose Hip Color” (porcelain) and many others. The ceramics exposition was supplemented with the paintings of Svetlana Kachalova’s “The Gifts of Autumn” (gouache) and Anastasia Akimenko’s “Still Life” (acrylic). The master class in Gzhel painting was shown by the college teacher M. K. Belous.

The head of Ramensky District A.N. Kulakov, visited the exhibition of GSU, and was handed a complete porcelain medal, which he painted at the «Bereginya Ramenya – 2018» festival.

On the main stage of the event, a solemn ceremony of awarding employees of the GSU with diplomas for many years of diligent work and high professionalism took place. A. N. Kulakov presented O.V. Moseychuk, Deputy Director of the College a diploma. The head of the rural settlement Novoharitonovskoe N. A. Shirenina awarded a social teacher E. A. Yelina with an honorary diploma.

The day of rural settlement Novoharitonovskoye became a bright and interesting event in the life of Ramenskoye municipal district.

The event ended with a festive salute.
