In March, it is customary to congratulate with th International Women’s Day. At GSU, women - teachers and employees -were congratulated on the holiday of March 6th, 2018.

With words of gratitude for conscientious work and creative attitude to the cause, the rector of the university, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor B.V. Boris Vladimirovich also performed an honorary mission, congratulating those who were in a jubilee position: guard employees S. S. Sobol and V. A. Kutikina, lecturers M. V. Tanygina and O. G. Popikhina.

Particularly noted on this day and those employees and teachers of the university, who was also liable for military service. These are sergeants: O. N. Danilkina and E. P. Sukhodolova; privates T. G. Ilkevich, T. B. Lisitsyna, M. V. Lylova, L. A. Naumova, N. V. Osipova, N. V. Sysoyeva, M. A. Fedyaeva.

By tradition, in honor of the holiday, spring flowers were presented to women. The students prepared for this day the concert program “Beauty and Kindness Live in the World”, in which the student of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design Ekaterina Gruznitskaya performed with the song of Victoria Chernetsova “Mama”, and the university sambo team with demonstrations, and Yulia Makarova, a student of the Faculty of Economics and Management with the poem “I have fallen out of love”, and Elizaveta Kukushkina, a student of design department with the dance “Damned Thinks”.

Second-year students of the department of physical culture candidates for master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics Victoria Bykova, Anastasia Nesterova and master of sports Ekaterina Mordakova performed the “Inspiration” gymnastic etude.

The performance of Ruslan Shushkin and Igor Semenov, students of the correspondence education department (training direction Pedagogical education. Physical culture), who introduced break dance, caused an extraordinary revival.

The concert program was completed by a third-year student of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design Veronika Guseva, who performed the song by Alexander Zatsepin and Leonid Derbenev “This world was not invented by us”.
