On April 23rd, 2020, a meeting of GSU Scientific Council was held. It was dedicated on the issues of conducting the rector election procedure. Five members of the academic council took part in the work remotely.

The main speaker was A.T. Guchmazov, the vice-rector for administrative work and chairman of election committee.

The Academic Council unanimously approved the list of candidates for the post of GSU rector who submitted the documents on time and were recommended by the rector’s election committee.

The list of approved candidates will be submitted to the Attestation Commission of Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
