On October 11–12, 2021, in Вelgorod, competitions were held within the framework of the All-Russian competition "Your move", which were aimed at developing the personal and professional skills of students.

The Your move competition has become an excellent platform for young people to communicate with people who represent educational organizations of the central federal district, and to develop soft-skills. The semi-final was played in a playful way, with limited time and non-standard tasks.

The first race was attended by 230 people from the central federal district, including 12 representatives of the Gzhel university. These are students of the institute of fine arts and design Daria Pomazan (direction of training decorative and applied arts, third year), Anastasia Temnaya (direction of training decorative and applied arts, second year) and Daria Glukhova (direction of training folk artistic culture, third year). The institute of social and humanitarian education in the competition is represented by fourth-year students of the direction of training state and municipal administration Konstantin Safronov, Alina Selezneva, Anastasia Vyazova and third-year student Maria Soina. And also third-year students of the direction of training pedagogical education Valeria Stomat and Yulia Pigolkina (foreign language), Sofia Litvinova (physical culture), Elvira Soletskaya (psychological and pedagogical education) and a second-year student of the direction of training business informatics Alejandro Salgado Lima.

The opening of the competition took place in the organ hall of the philharmonic. The event was attended by representatives of the city administration of Belgorod and representatives of the organizers (the platform "Russia - the country of opportunities" and the national league of student clubs). Philharmonic musicians organized a concert for the participants of the competition.

On the first day, the experts of the competition offered a number of tasks to determine what role the participant fulfills when working in a team. There were eight roles in total: “community leaders”, “chaos tamers”, “doers”, “thinkers of the future”, “playing on trends”, “eliminators of imperfections”, “destroyers of stereotypes” and “achievers”. On the second day, the contestants worked in teams formed at random, performing in the same roles. One of the organizers in charge of work with universities in the central federal district, Victoria Narbutovskaya, noted the high level of training of students, including students of GSU. The students of Elvira Soletskaya, Daria Glukhova, Anastasia Temnaya were interviewed by journalists from the Belgorod press.

The final of the competition will take place on November 26-30 in Sochi. A thousand students will take part in it, 200 of whom will become winners and receive 1 million rubles each. The money can be spent on housing improvements, training, or a startup.

The participants of the competition express their gratitude to the executive director of the Moscow region construction chamber, director of RusStroyConsult LLC V.A. Kurdyukov, as well as the head of the consumer market, investments and entrepreneurship development department of the administration of the Ramensk district A.V. Vasiliev for his help and support at all stages of the semifinals.
