On March 11, 2022, the ceremony of awarding the participants of the XII International Festival of National Cultures We study in Russia, which takes place annually within the walls of our university, took place in the assembly hall. The main tasks are the preservation of spiritual values, traditions of national cultures and their promotion, the development of international relations, the organization of meaningful and educational leisure for young people and students.

Russia is a multinational state in which representatives of more than 190 peoples live and each has its own culture, customs and traditions. And about 300 foreign students from 21 countries of the world study at our university.

45 contestants applied for the festival. These are foreign students from 9 countries of the world: Belarus, Dominican Republic, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Russia, El Salvador, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

As guests of honor, the chairman of the committee on sports and youth policy of the administration of the Ramensky urban district L.V. Savin and director of the MKU Territorial Administration Novokharitonovskoe N.A. Shirenina. They greeted the participants and guests, emphasizing the importance of this event in the harmonization of interethnic relations among the youth.
