On April 16, 2022, the first spring Open Day was held at Gzhel State University.

The event brought together applicants and their parents from different parts of Russia. In total, about 400 people came to the Open Day, interested in college and university admissions, most of whom will become part of the large student fraternity of Gzhel State University in the upcoming 2022/2023 academic year.

The open day traditionally began with a tour of the production workshops and the GSU museum, after which the guests proceeded to the assembly hall, where they met with representatives of the administration and the selection committee. Everyone could take part in a master class on Gzhel painting, which was conducted by talented artists of the university.

After the official part in the assembly hall, the participants of the Open Doors Day were invited to proceed to consultations in the classrooms, where representatives of the university and college spoke in detail about the conditions for admission and education, and also answered all the questions of the guests.

Today, Gzhel State University is not only a unique university where it is interesting to study and you can master several educational programs, but also the cradle of the modern Gzhel craft, a center for continuous art education, a classical university with an excellent modern base and a wonderful teaching staff. Comfortable living conditions, a large number of budget places, a wide range of sports and creative sections - all this makes the college and university even more attractive place to get a profession.
