On April 6, 2023, a meeting of the leadership of Gzhel State University with foreign students was held at Gzhel State University.

The Vice-rector for Educational Activities and Youth Policy A. S. Kanyuk made a welcoming speech. Alexey Sergeevich paid special attention to the issues of responsible attitude of students to the educational process, compliance with discipline, both on the territory of the university and outside it. A. S. Kanyuk also recalled the need for foreign students to participate in scientific events held on the GSU platform and other venues.

The head of the Department of Educational Work G. I. Khristenko reminded about measures to counter extremism and terrorism among foreign students.

Complex security specialist N. M. Pronkin spoke about the inadmissibility of violating the rules of residence in dormitories and compliance with the university charter.

The head of the International Relations Department, N. V. Barkalova, told the participants of the meeting about the rules of entry and exit from the Russian Federation, about the tightening of migration legislation and the consequences of its violation for foreign citizens, about the requirements for issuing an ID card.

Also present at the meeting were the curators of the Institutes of Social and Humanitarian Education and Fine Arts and Design, who noted that they are always open to dialogue, interaction and assistance in solving issues related to the educational process.
